Delivery Policy

Items will be delivered within 2-3 working days, free of charge (Standard Delivery Option).

Orders placed with us before 4pm will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday, at the weekend and on English Bank Holidays will be quickly dispatched the next working day.

There are 2 delivery options available:

• Standard – Royal Mail 2nd

• Express Delivery – Other 24 Hour Courier Class

5.        DELIVERY

5.1     Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. 

5.2     Items will be dispatched within 24 hours, unless there is a shortage in which instance you will be contacted and informed via email or telephone. It is the purchaser responsibility to ensure we have the correct information.

5.3     Please note that it may not be possible to deliver to some locations. All deliveries are by third party carriers. If you are not able to take delivery of the products, depending on the carrier used, your goods will either be stored at the depot nearest to your address until you can collect them or the carrier will attempt to redeliver the goods to your address. 

5.4     We shall use our best endeavours to secure delivery in the UK within 10 days of receipt by us of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. For deliveries outside the UK there may be delays based on the courier used. Provectus Medical cannot be held liable for any delays.

5.5     If you order items with different availability dates, we will hold all the items until the last item is delivered. You may however choose to have each item delivered separately and we reserve the right to charge you a delivery charge each time.
